GlobalVision AI Trust & Compliance
Last Revised: 09-12-2025
Do you use AI?
Yes.
GlobalVision uses a proprietary suite of algorithms, combining advanced techniques such as computer vision, natural language processing, machine learning, and large language models. In addition to our own models, we also integrate carefully selected third-party AI tools where appropriate, allowing us to combine best-in-class external innovations with our internal technology to maximize accuracy and performance.
Is customer data used to train AI models?
No.GlobalVision does not use customer samples to train AI models. All data is processed securely, and any use of data is done strictly in line with contractual agreements. Your data is also never used to improve vendor models, as our agreements with third parties explicitly prohibit this.
Where is AI used in your products?
Our Verify platform leverages a combination of Predictive AI and Generative AI to support document proofreading workflows. Certain components and functions depend on these technologies:
Predictive AI powers processes such as OCR and image recognition, helping extract and interpret content from scanned or image-based documents.
Generative AI (including large language models) supports analysis of document differences and provides human-readable explanations to assist in review. These capabilities help automate content validation, reduce manual effort, and improve consistency in document analysis. For more detailed information about how AI is applied within specific features, please reach out to our sales team.
How do you keep customer data safe?
We are ISO 27001 certified, and apply rigorous controls to keep customer data secure. Most of our algorithms are processed on GlobalVision servers, though certain third-party components may run on vendor servers under strict agreements.
How do you prevent hallucination?
Our algorithms are a blend of AI and proprietary techniques. While large language models are used for certain subtasks, we never give them the entire problem to solve. Instead, we carefully constrain their role so they operate within well-defined boundaries. In addition, no decision is left entirely up to AI; there is always a human approver at each step.
